Colin McGuffin was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He grew up watching and playing video games with his older brothers. When either had to leave the couch he would sneak in and start playing from where they had left off, until they finally relented and let him have his own save file. In addition he would steal their fantasy and sci-fi books and read them to his cats.
Colin has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Calgary as well as a Library Information Technology Diploma from SAIT. He has an avid interest in legends, stories, and mythologies from all over the world. Video games, anime, manga, comics, and books along with sports inspire his writing as well.
